Terms and Conditions of Travel
Please read these terms carefully before booking your tickets with Tushar Tour and Travels.
All tickets booked through our website, mobile application, or authorized partners (RedBus, AbhiBus, Bitla GDS) are valid only for the passenger(s), travel date, time, and seat numbers indicated on the ticket invoice.
Passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) along with the digital or printed e-ticket during boarding.
Each passenger is entitled to carry one standard luggage bag (up to 15 kg) and one personal hand backpack. Excess baggage will be subject to nominal cargo charges determined by the bus staff.
Inflammable materials, firearms, explosives, hazardous chemicals, narcotics, contraband, and illegal items are strictly prohibited inside the bus.
Tushar Tour and Travels strives to maintain punctuality. However, arrival and departure times are subject to highway traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, and unforeseen delays. In case of bus breakdown, alternate travel arrangements or partial refunds will be provided.
