Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking & Reservations
- All bus ticket bookings made through the Platform are subject to seat availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and generation of an m-Ticket or PNR number.
- Passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, DL, Voter ID, Passport) matching the passenger name on the ticket during travel.
- Ticket prices are dynamic and may vary based on demand, route, and travel date. The price shown at checkout is final and binding once payment is completed.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete passenger information while making a booking.
- Passengers must report to their selected boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Any misuse, fraudulent booking, or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of bookings and/or suspension of user access.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Platform operational at all times. Bus schedules, routes, and operators are subject to operational, traffic, or weather adjustments.
Limitation of Liability
Tushar Tours & Travels acts as an online ticket facilitator and bus fleet operator. We are not liable for:
- Traffic delays or unforeseen weather disruptions beyond reasonable operational control.
- Unattended personal belongings left on board the bus.
- Any indirect damages arising from third-party payment gateway connectivity issues.
