Yes! You can cancel your ticket online under My Bookings by entering your PNR or registered email address. Refunds are calculated automatically based on the cancellation time window.
Navigate to the Track Your Bus page and enter your PNR or Booking ID. You will also receive an SMS with a live GPS tracking link 30 minutes prior to departure.
